At Velorae, we work hard to get your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days after shipment. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear and may not update daily while your package is in transit.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen that are outside of our control. This may include carrier issues, customs processing, severe weather, or high seasonal demand.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building management first.

In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping logistics.
